Rochester Castle

One more places to explore – Rochester. Not a big town, but with spectacular historical architectural wonders. Rochester Abbey and the Rochester Castle. It is authentic experience to walk in the walls of a castle, that was built hundreds of years ago. It’s build year is 1127, which is nearly a thousand years when you think of it! Castle is located on a small hill next to the Medway River, and given it is 37 meters height, the views from the tower of this castle are spectacular.

Rochester Abbey

One of the most eye catching object in the view from the Rochester Castle is Rochester Abbey – a massive historical structure. You may also see bridges over the Medway river, as well as Rochester town itself.
